What happens to the photos I already have?
We move them for you — free, as part of onboarding. Send us your existing photos however you have them (export file, hard drive, or a folder), and they land in your new library organized and searchable. Not sure how to get them out of your current service? Say so in the form and we'll walk you through it.
Can I take my photos and leave?
Yes — any time, no questions asked. Your entire library exports in standard formats, originals included. There are no fees and no waiting period. Your photos are yours whether you stay or go.
How is my family's data kept safe?
Your library runs on a private, isolated instance dedicated to your household, served over HTTPS, with access controls your family manages. One household's photos never co-mingle with another's.
How many people can use our library?
As many as your family needs. Every family member gets their own login and their own private space within your family's library, and parents manage the accounts — who has one, what they can see, and how much space each person gets.
How does the free trial work?
Your 15-day trial starts the moment you subscribe — you'll add a payment method during secure checkout, but you won't be charged until the trial ends. The trial ends 15 days after checkout, and that's the exact day your card is charged — the date is shown at checkout and in your confirmation email, and we'll remind you three days before. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel any time. Cancelling stops all future billing — your card is charged again only if you stay past the trial, and the yearly charge renews only if you don't cancel. When you cancel, your library keeps running until your subscription end date (the end of the year you already paid for), and your photos stay available and exportable the whole time.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link — all handled by Stripe's secure checkout. You can pay with whatever's easiest at signup.
